Nestly

Full-stack web Next.js PostgreSQL

Nestly — dormitory management platform

What it does: Runs many dorms in one system: rooms, tenants, leases, water and electricity meters, invoices and payment slips, repair requests, parcels, announcements and chat.
Design: Three roles (platform admin, dorm admin, tenant) with permissions checked on the server for every dorm; 115 API routes.
Built with: Next.js, TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Docker; tested with Vitest and Playwright.

Cost-of-living pipeline

Thai cost-of-living data pipeline

Questions: How much have rice, pork, eggs, rent and fuel gone up in each province? Will each category cost more next month? How far does the minimum wage go?
What I built: An Airflow pipeline that pulls millions of rows of provincial CPI from government open APIs, scrapes daily retail prices, validates and transforms the data, then trains and deploys a forecasting model.
Built with: Python, Apache Airflow, PostgreSQL, Docker, scikit-learn, FastAPI, Power BI.
